Administrative Director
Megan serves as the Administrative Director at Rooted Development, where she supports our mission by strengthening internal systems and cultivating a people-centered workplace. With a background in social work and human resources, she brings a deep understanding of both human needs and organizational structure. She provides day to day management of the office including billing and accounting coordination, property management, general administrative activities, and staff support.
