Christopher is a licensed engineer who has worked in the residential land development field for over 20 years. Christopher has managed the design of new communities as an engineer, as well as community design management working on the builder side. Christopher has a wide range of experience in engineering in the oil & gas field overseas as well as working for several large, national builders managing their land development acquisition and development projects throughout Texas. Christopher was also an integral part of the development team with Peter for Bridgeland. Christopher brings a unique background in engineering and acquisitions in combination with a strong understanding of development finance and project budget management.
