Peter has 40 +years of experience in residential development working on the area’s largest and highest rated master planned communities. As the Director of Sales for Newland Communities, Peter was responsible for the sale of lots to builders in Cinco Ranch, Greatwood and Eagle Springs.
Prior to starting Rooted Development, Peter was responsible for the marketing, sales, and development of the 11,400 ac Bridgeland Development in NW Harris County as Vice President of Howard Hughes. Peter’s wealth of experience brings a strong background in land contract negotiations, master planning development, sales, and marketing.
